Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pixel Portraits! All of our products are custom-made and printed on demand through our production partner, Printify. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing & Production Time
Because every item in our store is made to order, orders require a production period before they are shipped. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and the print provider fulfilling your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that production times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, production may take longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the print provider fulfilling your order. Estimated delivery windows after production are as follows:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Pixel Portraits cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other regional carriers depending on the fulfillment location of your order. The carrier used for your shipment will be shown in your tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product(s) ordered, shipping method selected, and your delivery address. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Pixel Portraits has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. Pixel Portraits cannot be held liable for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days for domestic US orders, or 45 calendar days for international orders, from the date of shipment, please contact us at info@pixelportraits.shop within one week of that deadline so we can investigate and assist you.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will work with you to investigate the matter on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Delays
Pixel Portraits is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer refunds or reprints solely due to carrier shipping delays, unless our team determines the package has been lost in transit.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different print providers and shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers in these cases.
